Important Flight Information

We are unable to secure the flights until all members of the group have paid their €200 booking deposit and final numbers are confirmed. The group organisers at Carrick on Shannon RFC are currently waiting to see whether Ryanair launches flights to Valencia in the coming weeks; otherwise, the group will travel via Alicante.

 

Passport & Travel Requirements

All passengers must ensure their passport is valid and meets Spanish entry requirements. It is each passenger’s responsibility to ensure they meet all travel requirements for Spain, including:

• Passport validity requirements

• Visa requirements (if applicable)

• ETA or travel authorisation requirements (if applicable)

• Any other entry or exit requirements based on nationality

 

Booking Deposit

• €200 per person

Please note: Deposits are non refundable

Final Package Price

Approximately: €800 per person sharing (twin/triple/Quad)

• Please Note: The final package price will be determined when flights are confirmed. Carrick on Shannon RFC will give Marathon the go ahead to book flights depending on flight paths to Valencia

 

Payment Schedule

€200 deposit per person to secure your place. Remaining balance can be paid in instalments through your online booking account

Final balance is due 6 weeks before departure

 

Deposit Terms

Deposits are non-refundable. However, name changes can be made if required up until final passenger names are requested by Ryanair, usually approximately 30 days before departure.

• All deposits are due to be paid by Thursday 23rd April 2026 at 11AM.

  No bookings will be accepted after this time

 

Adult / Chaperone Single Rooms

Single rooms for adults/chaperones are available subject to a single room supplement of €289 per person.

If you are an adult travelling and require a single room, please ensure this option is selected during the booking process.

                 

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Minimum Numbers:

  This tour is subject to a minimum number of participants. If the required minimum is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and all deposits and monies paid will be refunded in full.

• Deposits:

  Booking deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that the tour is cancelled due to the minimum booking number not being met.

• Package Price: The total package price provided is an estimated cost. The final price cannot be confirmed until the preferred flight routing is confirmed by Carrick on Shannon RFC and group flights have been secured.

• Name Changes:

  Any name changes requested after the final balance payment due date will incur an airline amendment fee of €100 per person, per flight (€200 per person for a return flight).

• Entry Requirements:

  It is the responsibility of each client to ensure they meet all Spanish entry requirements, including any passport validity rules, visa, ETA, or other travel authorisation requirements.
